Have you ever wanted someone to pray for you? If you do not believe in
prayer, have you ever wanted to know that someone was thinking about you
and what you were going through? Now you can have those questions answered
at pray.dch@dchstx.org.
This is an email address that goes directly to the Pastoral Services Department (in-house, the “TO:” will change to “Alan Bagnall”, but it still goes to the Department!). Everyday your Chaplains will be checking that email address for requests for patients, staff, their families and loved ones and anyone that has a need. Just type the above email address into any email program from anywhere in the world.
This is not a “fix-it” or “griping” email, or one to “Santa Claus” or anything like that, but rather to people that want to remember your requests at what may be a low point in life. Only your Chaplains have access to these requests. Privacy and dignity will be respected, and requests will remain confidential from our end of your email!
If you do not want to email a request, you can pull your Chaplain aside or give us a call to meet face to face. All faiths, or no faith, and all denominations are welcome. If you have questions, please feel free to get in touch.
