Social Work at Driscoll Children's Hospital
The Social Work Department provides multiple services for patients and families including counseling and emotional support; psychosocial assessment; and community resource referrals; as well as assistance with meals, lodging and transportation for eligible families. Staff are familiar with community resources throughout our geographic area and work to link families with the services that will help them following discharge from the hospital.
